Owner & CPA
The Chapman family has a long history of family-owned businesses in farming & construction. Keeping his values of family operated businesses, Dakota opened Bigwoods Bookkeeping with the goal of providing Wisconsin based entrepreneurs a strong financial understanding of their business and to help them reach their financial goals.
Dakota is a Certified Pro-Advisor for QuickBooks and has extensive experience in auditing. Our clients love working with Dakota as he treats every client's business with the same energy and passion as if it were his own. His goal is to help you financially achieve your aspirations along with make financial information a tool, not a problem.

Aurora's family has owned their own businesses in an array of industries including farming, childcare, wellness studios & inns. Growing up she has seen first hand the difficulties & stressors of running a business & managing the finances. She was eager to start Bigwoods Bookkeeping to help local business owners run their businesses as stress free as possible.

Aurora obtained her Business & Management Degree at Alverno College. She has been an integral part of our team since the beginning. She makes sure we're organized and effective as possible in managing our advertising, marketing, clients needs & schedules.

We know that finances are an integral part of every business and all too often are seen as confusing, stressful or daunting. We do things differently than your average bookkeeper or accountant.
We ditch the suits, large offices and the stigma that you should already understand finance and accounting. We have learned that these environments are intimidating to most and make it difficult to seek out financial services.
